Is there anyway genetics are involved with flexibility becuase im flexible and and i never really stretch i found out when i joined my high school football team and i turned out to be the most flexible one there,i know it effects speed and im pretty fast looking to become faster and yes i can already kick people in the face anyway anyone know if it does

how you get more flexible is do the stretches that are hard for you everyday and eventually you will get more flexible. this is how he might get more fleible. everybodys different.
