i have hip injury from 180 hook (kicking with left foot), i have huge issues still after 4 years of going to doctors. have any suggestions besides this video?

Bodyweightcultureman @ 9:16 am #

What injury?

sunhwa25 @ 7:35 pm #

my spine in L4/L5 seems to have nurapathy so that the bottom of my left foot hurts and is numb, and my hip pops and my SI joints are damaged. my tailbone area seems to float around and my psoas/groin is perma-tight.. sitting hurts on my spine and tailbone, standing hurts my hip and foot, and bending and doing something with my arms or feet hurts my lower back. only thing that feels normal is laying down and/or streching

interesting video. I understand how i’ve injured my hip flexor now.
Sometimes I can’t even walk as the pain is so sharp and sudden.
