Hip Stretch for Snowboarders: 3D Hip Flexor

The hip are a huge part of all types of snowboarding. With many having hip restrictions, this is a great sequence to “unlock” the hips and reap the rewards of greater mobility throughout the hip complex. This movement combines a forward walking lunge with upper body movements (lead by a stick) that creates a chain reaction throughout the entire body (with hip flexors being challenged a lot).
