Hey my right shoulder hurts when i workout.. keeping me from doing my max.. is it because i dont stretch or something or not enough stretching?

@LuPe8240 it depends on if it is a hurt as in your bones hurt or your muscles hurt … if your muscles are sore then yes you always want to stretch out … if your bones hurt then you should see a doctor and check to make sure everything is ok.
